In 2010, I was encouraged by native-Cypriot friends of mine, from the beautiful island of Cyprus, to start making this new concept range of Cypriot foods from the little kitchen of my home in Preston, Lancashire – they were recalling their memories of combining a wonderful assorted range of homemade cooked foods in Cyprus that were entwined with flavours of Greek, Turkish, Lebanese and Italian flavours, that they couldn’t get hold of anywhere in the local shops and supermarkets whilst studying at university here in the U.K.
So after a year of careful research and assistance with my friends, I set about making this dream a reality for us with the intention of bringing it to the wider public here in the UK and beyond, because the flavours are so nice and new!
